Our classes are held in Grass Valley, about an hour’s drive from the Sacramento area, and give you complete CCW instruction from trainers with 30 years of law enforcement background.

Class & Range Locations
Classroom instruction takes place at the Grange Hall on La Barr Meadows Road in Grass Valley. The shooting qualification is held at the Nevada County Sportsmen’s Club in Nevada City. Once you register, you’ll receive full details on where to go, when to arrive, and what to bring.

New to Firearms? Take Our Basic Pistol Class
If you’re in the Sacramento area and just bought your first handgun, or you’re thinking about it, our basic pistol class covers everything from beginning to end. It’s a full-service class that ends with live-fire instruction, and all equipment is supplied on class day.
Topics include safety procedures, safe handling and storage, storage devices and safes, cleaning, grip and stance, sight alignment, sight picture, and loading.
Basic pistol classes usually run on Sundays from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, and other days can be arranged.
